As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. We are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm – 7am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal.
Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.
Self-Check-in – You will gain access to the property via a keypad which will be provided the day before check-in.
Check-in time is anytime after 5:00pm
Check-out time is before 10:00am
Available via phone, text, or email – I will be available however is most convenient for you. If needed on-premise, I have a manager within 30 minutes of the property.
If you want to get out and explore, it’s less than 5 minutes away from the famous Das Dutchman Essenhaus restaurant; 12 minutes from world-renowned Shipshewana, where there are shops, restaurants, the well-known Flea Market, and Blue Gate Theatre; 10 minutes to the Bonneyville Mill Park where you can watch the old fashioned grinding and enjoy hiking and lover scenery. The Pumpkinvine Trails is only about .6 miles away, where you can take a relaxing walk/bike ride through the countryside (we provide 2 bikes and helmets for your added enjoyment). Krider “World’s Fair” Garden is a beautiful place to relax, right beside the Pumkinvine Trail entrance. Nappanee has additional Amish culture with shopping, theatre, and dining. All this and more as you relax and enjoy this wonderful area full of culture and hospitality. This updated property is designed to offer a relaxing stay, regardless of whether you are on vacation, traveling for business, or attending a sporting event.

Again maintained to 85°F after Labor Day until October 15, after which, it will be closed for the season (temperatures mentioned above assumes the solar cover gets put on after each use). 🙼🙼

One funny little quirk of Bristol Street Estate: the lighting system is very high-tech, and sometimes it acts like it needs a second to think. Please be patient with the light switches. Press the button, wait up to 5 seconds, and then see what happens. Occasionally it may feel a little frustrating, but push through — eventually it will usually do what you want, or another set of switches in the same room may get you there.
